An agent setting subgoals under delegation holds bounded intent-setting and scoped authority. Recourse cannot land on it. Two of three is not the role.
Now, whether at some point that has to trace back to human intent is sort of a metaphysical question. If we knew the answer to how and whether machines could become conscious, then we would be there already, but I think there’s from an ontology perspective. ## Reconciled rulings
* **Lifecycle is now current fact, not a future condition.** `_STATE.md` is `OPEN / EXCEPTIONS: NONE`, and both routed handoffs now exist as `-ingested`; the v2 accepts those completed ingestion events without treating them as dispositions.
* **Use two serialized method-ASK PRs.** PR-1 lands the explicit held source-role boundary. PR-2 then lands the standing-intent, runtime-realization, and repair-target fold across the three doctrine owners.

## Accepted from GPT, verified first
Its two load-bearing citations check out. The PR-2 anchors in `intent-artifacts.md` exist (lines 13 / 35), and the residue clause it cites is real — `absorption-discipline.md:111`, *"Residue is not redundancy… a correct reconciliation may retire nothing at the artifact level."* Also adopted: the one-new-apex-bullet restraint, the single pointer-only grounding-note sync, the eight-item closure contents, the P1/P2/P3 classification with its five-slot separation.
## One correction returned — and one self-correction
GPT fixed `-absorbed` for the 7-28 artifact in advance. An adversarial adjudication against the live doc **refutes that warrant**: the argument covers only the excluded vocabulary and is silent on the one limb that can create mixedness — the two candidate observations the handoff explicitly submits *to be graded* — then fixes a suffix before the decision that determines it (`:85`, `:88`, `:81`).

Its two load-bearing citations check out. ## One correction returned — and one self-correction
GPT fixed `-absorbed` for the 7-28 artifact in advance.
